Physical practices offer mindful movements that feature a unique blend of biomechanics interwoven with traditional practices. All-levels classes aim at increasing mind-body awareness, improving balance, and releasing tension & stress. Slow Flow classes are steady and foundational. Flow Motion classes keep fluidity as the featured elements in practice. Soft Stretch classes blend restorative & yin practices for a gentle release of tension.

Private Yoga Sessions
The best practical investment to enhance wellness & grow your practice is a private yoga class. Private sessions include 60 to 90 minutes of a practice specifically curated for your unique needs while addressing tension, anxiety, and stress. All private & public classes are followed by dialogue & tea (optional).

Being the oldest of 3 children came with leadership responsibilities, as I often was left in charge. I have grown to love sharing meaningful experiences & creating lasting connections with others. Initiations are my thing and I really enjoy offering support to individuals trying something out for the first time.
