Want to try yoga? Do you have anxiety in public spaces, but are curious about taking yoga in a studio or public class? Would you like an accountability partner, on and off the mat? I’ll keep you company at a public class at no cost the first time!
Being the oldest of 3 children came with leadership responsibilities, as I often was left in charge. I have grown to love sharing meaningful experiences & creating lasting connections with others. Initiations are my thing and I really enjoy offering support to individuals trying something out for the first time. First class is always free.
